Phase II of the Villa Del Palmar hotel in Loreto was a project of more than 24,000 m² of construction completed in just one year. Despite being located in a very remote area, in the midst of a global pandemic, and without closing the rest of the hotel for even a single day, the team successfully delivered an additional 156 suites to the development in record time.
