Garza Blanca is another clear example of our team’s exceptional problem-solving capabilities. The original plan was to use the entire expanse of land in the beautiful Sierra Madre Occidental to build a complex of single-family villas. However, upon receiving the project, the concept was transformed into an eight-tower development, each with 14 floors, for a total of more than 320 units—all with ocean access and luxury finishes. This new approach produced several key advantages:
• The construction footprint on the land was reduced by more than 70%, which not only preserved the area’s remarkable biodiversity but also made the project far more cost-effective to execute.
• Infrastructure investment was reduced by more than 80% due to the significant decrease in required roads, drainage networks, electrical supply, and other services.
• The same number of units originally desired was achieved, and now, thanks to the building configuration, every unit enjoys a spectacular ocean view.
